FrenchForIndia offers online French language lessons (CEFR A1 to B2) and practice test simulations, explained in English, Hindi and Punjabi. All content is delivered digitally through our website. We are an independent education provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by any official examination body (including DELF, DALF, TEF, TCF, Alliance Française, or any government authority). Course content is preparation and practice material only.
You must create an account to access paid content. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when registering. You may not share, resell, or transfer your account or access.
Paid plans (such as the Full Course and Tests Only plans) are one-time purchases that grant access to the corresponding content. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and may change from time to time. Access is granted to your account once your payment is confirmed by our payment provider.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers. By making a payment you agree to the payment provider's terms in addition to ours.
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes situations where the Service is later modified, interrupted, temporarily or permanently becomes unavailable, or is discontinued for any reason — no refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued on that basis. You agree not to copy, record, redistribute, publish, or share our lessons, questions, audio, or other materials. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content on the Service — including lessons, text, audio, exercises, test simulations, and design — is owned by FrenchForIndia or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning only.
The Service is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular exam result, score, immigration outcome, or level of proficiency. Use of our material does not guarantee success in any official examination or application.
Access to the Service depends on the website and its systems being operational, and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or permanent. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if the website is taken down. Any reference to "full access" means access for as long as the Service remains available and does not constitute a guarantee of lifetime or perpetual access. If the Service becomes unavailable or is discontinued, you will not be entitled to any refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrenchForIndia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
